If you feel that you know what's right then you should do it. I think that this quote also means that you have to think about things before you decide on choosing. For example if a cashier gives me a extra 5$ back on accident and I saw I would think to myself "is it right or wrong" to tell the cashier that they gave me extra change.

I also think that this quote means that true honor is how you do something. For example: if I help someone cheat on a test and they say they did it without cheating. Another example can be cheating in a team sport and you not do anything so you can win more games. I also think think that this quote means if you cheat or do something bad in a thing then, you are not being honorable about it.
